READY TO END FITNESS BOREDOM?

The variety of fitness options we provide is unmatched. 

If you’re bored with your fitness routine or have found your results plateauing, you need options to keep it fresh. Within our 7,000 square foot facility, you can choose a multitude of options to fit your healthy lifestyle!  From our coach-led Burn, Build, and Box classes to group fitness to cycling sweat sessions, we have it.  Not mention your ability to get in your own workout on our open gym floor or a paddleboard session in-season. 

You could spend hundreds every month to incorporate a variety of options or settle for low-quality “gym-versions” of these workouts but at Regymen, you don’t have to compromise quality for value. You get it all.

BURN

 Our HIIT workout is the house favorite. We incorporate cardio stations including treadmill, ski erg, and assault bike along with kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, CORE exercises, and stabilization movements to bring you an incredibly effective 60 minute workout experience.   All cardio is heart rate based.  All calories are tracked.  Points are earned in every workout.

 We’ll switch your focus to power and strength in our BUILD workout.  Get your blood pumping with Olympic barbells, bumper plates, battle ropes, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Slamballs, CORMAX, and more. BUILD combines compound movements and explosive rounds of cardio (15-30 seconds) that strengthen your muscles and get your endorphins pumping.

Sun-salutations and warrior poses are woven with sequences of isolated thigh, arm, and ab work as you build the heat, then reward yourself with a cooling savasana finish. This uplifting class will unleash your inner warrior leaving you strengthened, stretched, and sweaty! Open to all levels.  *We encourage participants to bring their own mat.

 Take out the treadmill and add in the heavy bag. You’ll PUNCH, KNEE, ELBOW, and LIFT in our BOX workout.  We use rounds in the weight room and rounds on the bags to spike your heart rate through power punching and lifting, agility work and core work routines.

 A high energy, mixed martial arts inspired cardio and strength workout.  Participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes.

SUP Fitness 

 Let's step out of the box and try something new!  Our Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) fitness classes take the 'ho-hum' out of your ordinary workout by combining the fastest growing watersport with the best of bootcamp, yoga, and pilates.  Paddleboarding is a low impact workout that quickly tones and strengthens from head to toe. With an added balance challenge, SUP fitness elevates your workout to another level.  Add a little sunshine from above, fresh air, and soothing water below, SUP also provides connection to nature and stress relief.

 BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. At Seacrest Fitness Co., we use the official Les Mills Smart Tech equipment for your PUMP pleasure!
