Within our 7,000 square foot facility, you can choose a multitude of options to fit your healthy lifestyle!  From our coach-led Burn, Build, and Box classes to group fitness to cycling sweat sessions, we have it.  Not mention your ability to get in your own workout on our open gym floor or a paddleboard session in-season. 

You could spend hundreds every month to incorporate a variety of options or settle for low-quality “gym-versions” of these workouts but at Regymen, you don’t have to compromise quality for value. You get it all.

 This class alternates between 3-5 minute of intense cardio including step, kickboxing, and drills, with strength and toning segments using multiple pieces of equipment. This is a high intensity interval class geared to maximize calories burned. A fabulous workout to break through your fitness plateau!

Sun-salutations and warrior poses are woven with sequences of isolated thigh, arm, and ab work as you build the heat, then reward yourself with a cooling savasana finish. This uplifting class will unleash your inner warrior leaving you strengthened, stretched, and sweaty! Open to all levels.   *We encourage participants to bring their own mat.
